Research Group
RCIQE comprises four Research Areas (Advanced Electronic Nanomaterials, Quantum Intelligent Devices, Functional Communication Devices and Circuits, Quantum Integrated Processing). The four Areas conduct joint scientific and technological research to achieve the high-density integration of semiconducting quantum nanostructures and the development of integrated electronic/photonic systems that are extremely fast, versatile, and power-efficient.
